3D Graphs are made in Keynote

Several people asked me off-line what application I used to create those pretty 3D graphs from earlier posts. The answer is Keynote, OS X's equivilent to Powerpoint, since I'm an MacBook user. The graphs are easy to make and look reallycool. The only thing I haven't been able to figure out is how to make curved line graphs. There probably is a way....
